.System technology
1) PLC together with button, indication lamp, person-computer interface fulfills the system control, operation, condition feedback and parameters setting.
2) To ensure running precision of each machine, some key equipment such as board sucking machine, paper sucking machine, some belt conveyors and loader & unloader are equipped servo control system and PROFIBUS which controls parameters changing and status monitoring. Other main equipment, for example, roller conveyor will be controlled by frequency converter.
3) To guarantee each technical data, some equipment is served with displacement sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor to check, real-time monitor and exactly control machines.
4) Purpose for system control:
SIEMENS S7 series PLC is master, equipped ET200 series site bus module as slave and SIEMENS Wincc person-computer interface. And some key equipment will be directly controlled and monitored by PROFIBUS.
NOTE:
User will be responsible for water, electricity, air, oil, lighting, safety railings, platforms, foundation, civil engineering, cables from Power to the control counter, operation table and above equipment, boiler, secondary thermal oil circulation system, de-dusting system, air compressor, caul plates, cushion pad, caul plates changing unit.
