Flat Yarn Extrusion
 
The machine uses the polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) material to make tape (flat yarn) through production procedures of material heating & extruding, splitting the film into tapes, the tapes stretching & forming, tapes winding on the bobbins by winding machine, then put the bobbins with tapes on circular loom for weaving.
Through our many times improving, the machine can be fit for all kinds material, such as 100% recycled PP & PE, powder or grain PP & PE, to produce the tapes. The screw and barrel of extruder are made of high quality 38CrMoAlA allay steel; the hardness is over HV950 after nitrogen zing treatment. The gears & chain wheels are made of 45# medium carbon steel and done the treatment of high frequency quench. The driving rollers are electroplated with hard Cr, tension self-controlling of winding-rollers are applied to the driving unit. The barrel of extruder, bullhead tee and die adopt cast aluminum heater that is endurable. It has the performance of easy operation & maintenance, reliable quality & running and long usage life.

Rolling-column Style Six-shuttle Plastic Circular loom

1.This machine has advanced design, reasonable structure, high capacity, and small occupation, less spare parts and is easy to operate. The rotational speed of its main engine is more than 140r/min. Its weaving speed is 50úster than the four-shuttle plastic circular loom. The machine is a kind of equipment to produce circular cylinder woven of PP or PE plastic flat yarn. The 4-shuttle and 6-shuttle circular loom can weave woven bags of all specification.
2.The wheels of shuttles are drove and moved along the advanced rolling-column style to realize weaving with high speed.
3.The double curve line cam, nylon-slipping block and palm-slipping pole are lubricated by oil, so as to reduce the wear and tear to save the maintenance expenses.
4.Show the direction and stop automatically when the weft or warp is broken.
5.Controlled by microcomputer so as to count automatically and precisely and display digitally, the main engine adopts frequency conversion.
6.Stabilize the tension of warp and weft and have good quality and appearance of the surface of PP woven bags.

Laminating Machine

This machine breaks the former shortcoming of only using expensive special coating plastics for film instead, it use common polypropylene power material plus a little polyethylene. Under the molten state, it has a peculiar gluey function to daub film between braiding bag and paper or braiding bag and BOPP film or on braiding film and make all kinds of compound braiding bags through pasting and cutting by pressure.
As a result, it greatly reduces the cost and win better market for compound bags. The extruder of this unit can control the melting temperature automatically. It uses no-class speed adjuster to adjust the thickness of melting film, two-side or one-side film, double-mold head and the width of coating. The timber, which can be adjusted crossly, has auto-cutting side, blowing side and the M-folding side. If the device is cut off, the whole structure will operate in the same step. Moreover, this machine can also adjust the length of cutting bags by using no-class speed adjuster changing gears.
