This machine contains twelve trolleys, with 180 trays for each trolley, and 42 eggs or 36 eggs for each tray. The total capacity is 90,720 or 77,760. All the four kinds of Control Systems can be used on this machine to the customer's choice. But the price at last will be different. For customer's easier use and higher hatchability, , touch control system is recommended for its good performance. Two kinds of trolleys made of different materials can be chosen according to the customer's will. The normal kind is Hot-dip Galvanized. It's anti-erosion capacity is much higher than Electro-galvanized material or lacquered material. For higher anti-erossion demand, customers can choose stainless steel trolleys. However, the price is also much higher for its good performance. This machine utilizes pneumatic turning, automatic ventilation and air cooling. Humidification is realized by atomizing sprayer made in U.S. Customers can install water heating if their local condition allows. Customers in torrid zone can have water cooling system installed for the good performance of the machine. Accurate temperature and humidity sensors are used in the control system of this machine ensuring the control acuracy.

Water heating system for chicken\goose\duck incubator

The original heating system for both Tunnel Style incubators and Box Style incubators are electric heating. However, Water heating system for both kinds of incubators can be installed if needed by customers for the purpose of saving energy consumption. It can be used in areas where one kind of fuel such as coal is very cheap. Because energy expenditure can influence the cost of chicken considerably, we advise customers choose water heating system if condition allows. Aditional equipment such as boiler, pipes, valves and controller have to be purchased.

Water cooling system for chicken\goose\duck incubator

This system is designed for customers in torrid zone, where the temperature is usually so high, even higher than the temperature in incubators. In this condition, high temperatured air inside cannot be cooled by exchanging air with the outside. This problem can be solved by installing this Water Cooling System. And the energy consumption is much lower than installing central-airconditioner.

Other incubators

The incubation principle of duck, goose, and other fowls are similar to chicken. The incubator structure is differenct because of egg sizes. Length of incubatory period and temperature and humidty for incubation also differ. We can also manufacture special models according to customer's order.

After saling Incubator/hatcher\hatcher, if necessary, we will send one or two engineers to set up and commissioning of the Incubator/hatcher until it running in normal state. During the time your workers who will operate the Incubator/hatcher will be trained.
